Ingredients
- 2 lbs brisket flat
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- Corn tortillas
- Diced onion, cilantro, lime
Instructions

Rub brisket with chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt.

Sear all sides in a hot pot. Add broth.

Cover and braise at 300F for 3.5 hours until pull-apart tender.

Shred and toss in pan juices.

Warm tortillas. Build tacos with brisket, onion, cilantro, lime.
