Ingredients
- 1 chuck roast, 3 lbs
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 carrots, chunked
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Season roast generously. Sear all sides in a hot skillet.

Place onion in slow cooker, then roast on top.

Pour broth and Worcestershire around the meat.

Cook on low 7 hours. Add carrots and potatoes.

Cook 1 more hour until fork-tender.
